Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Because all creations are hand made, and generally not stocked, your creations will usually ship in 5-7 business days from date of order. Special orders may take longer.
returns & Repairs policy
Due to Covid-19, once a creation has shipped, we will not accept any returns. All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, or if a creation breaks or comes apart, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed!
CARE & CLEANING
Polishing cloths are enclosed with every order, please use these cloths to help keep your creation looking sparkling new. It is recommended that you wipe off your creations immediately after wearing to remove any oils, lotions, or fragrances that may have accumulated while wearing. If you need replacement clothes, please contact us and we will gladly send you new clothes free of charge.
